Wordpress on Debian VPS?

I’m trying to get wordpress on a Debian VPS, I installed PHP5 and MySQL with putty. But, when I try to follow instructions it just trys to download the php’s.

Ex. http://rxserver.chickenkiller.com/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
Yes, I filled out config.php
