How can I uninstall CentOS 5 back to Windows XP?

I have a class at Hennepin Technical College, which is Linux Admin 1. for a week lab assignment, we all the time used CentOS 5. There were some questions I have struggling with. I wanted to install CentOS on my laptop, there is no way I can uninstall. I wanted to get back to Windows XP. I was very anxious.
