The bundled mysql.rb driver has been removed from Rails 2.2. Please install the mysql gem and try again: gem install mysql." the thing is that I did install the mysql gem, if I deploy the site using webrick or mongrel with rails_env set to production it works fine, it just doesn't work with passenger.
