The ability to invite other colleagues to a workspace gives you the option to i) collaborate with other team members to get buy in or feedback, ii) provide immediate visibility to management, peers or direct reports as to progress or updates on a particular project, iii) get help completing your obligations, if any, related to the project deliverables.
