- 3+ years of development experience
- Excellent knowledge of Ruby, Rails
- Excellent knowledge of HTML/JS/CSS
- Excellent knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, REST)
- Solid coding practices
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to constantly learn, experiment and improve
- Experience with Cloud Computing is a plus
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
